More stretching. This one is great because you can do it pretty much anywhere. Ill perform the "couch stretch" for 3 minutes on each leg. It helps loosen up my knees as well as my hips. During those three minutes Ill spend time leaning backwards and forwards. On the forward lean I push my planted leg to the outside. Take care of your body. You only get one!
