You’ve made a claim. What happens next? An #MPI Estimator will complete a visual inspection of your vehicle for any damage, validate your loss, and will prepare a preliminary report to determine what repairs are needed or if your vehicle is a potential write-off. They will continue to provide guidance to the shop once your vehicle is being repaired in case further damage is noted by repair professionals.
